Pick-Up Instructions:

Our Marble Arch Contactless Rent pick-up and drop-off branch is located at Q-Park, Cumberland Gate, London, W2 2ET and is positioned close to both Marble Arch Underground (central line) and Paddington Train Station.

Directions via Underground: You will need to use the Central Line to get to Marble Arch Station. This is marked as RED on underground maps and once you exit the station walk south on Park Ln/A4202 towards Brook Gate and final right turn where our rental cars are parked in the car park just a short distance away.

Our Marble Arch Contactless Rent pick-up and drop-off branch is located at Q-Park, Cumberland Gate, London, W2 2ET and is positioned close to both Marble Arch Underground (central line) and Paddington Train Station.

Once you have arrived at Cumberland Gate, London, W2 2ET:

There are two entry point to the car park, one through Marble and one through Park Lane.

Please head inside Q-PARK car park, this is located underground.
The best entrance for Drivalia Contactless is in Hyde Park near speaker’s corner.

Once near the marble arch speaker’s corner entrance, if you walk straight ahead from the corner gate into the park, the steps descending into the car park will be on your right, with a blue P sign. It’s ring fenced by a small set of railings.

Please head down the stairs, entering through the door and turn right walking into the main car park. You will see the glass security office ahead of you.

Once inside the smart key box will be behind you on the wall to your left.

Please be aware there is more than one entry point to this car park, one through Marble Arch and one through Park Lane.

Our key safe is located inside the payment area on the wall on the Marble Arch side, we recommend following the above instruction:

Should you enter via the park lane entrance please head to the east of the car park to the payment area to find our smart box on the wall to your right.

Please check your final confirmation email received, for smart key box access instructions.

Dropping off your car:

On return, please park sensibly ensuring you are not in any another company reserved or disabled bay.

Should vehicles be parked/returned in a bay that is not an open/unreserved and/or Drivalia, parking penalty charges will apply and will be charged back to the liable renter.

Once parked, please ensure you have and take all belongings with you and return key in drop box located at/below our smart key box.
