Collecting You from Birmingham New Street Station
Pick-Up Procedure:
Confirm your reservation through our website, via the Drivalia app, or by ringing our reservations team on 08000 75 80 75. A confirmation email with your booking details will follow shortly after.
Vehicle Collection: On your rental start date, our team will collect you from the station at the dedicated passenger drop-off/collection point at Birmingham New Street station which is located on Queens Drive (B2 4ND), accessed via Hill Street. Please exit the station and turn left and follow the signs to the drop-off/pick up point.
Please call our office at least 30 minutes before your arrival time at the location to confirm your arrival time and pick up location.
Please note the journey back to our office can take up to 15 minutes, depending on traffic.

Dropping off your car:
At the end of your rental, please return the vehicle to our Birmingham branch at 318 Summer Lane, Birmingham B19 3RH (via Tower Street entrance).
A member of our team will then drive you back to Birmingham New Street station for your onward journey.
