Collecting You from Meadowhall Station
Pick-Up Procedure:
Confirm your reservation through our website, via the Drivalia app, or by ringing our reservations team on 08000 75 80 75. A confirmation email with your booking details will follow shortly after.
Vehicle Collection: On the booking day, our team will collect you from the train station. Once you arrive at the station head towards the Main Station Exit.
Exit the station through the glass doors of the station building and follow the dedicated pedestrian path and ramp leading down to the Park and Ride car park. The pick-up bays are located right at the base of this ramp.
If you have any concerns, please call the office number on 0114 702 0955. Please note the journey back to our office can take up to 15 minutes, depending on traffic.
Dropping off your car:
At the end of your rental, please return the vehicle to our Sheffield branch at 148 Princess Street, Sheffield S4 7UU.
A member of our team will then drive you back to Meadowhall train station for your onward journey.
Meadowhall Station Car Hire with a Free Pick-Up
Meadowhall’s position beside the M1 means you can be on the motorway within minutes of collecting your car, making it a practical choice for business trips around South Yorkshire and longer journeys north or south.
Our driver will meet you in the pick-up bays at the bottom of the ramp by the Park and Ride car park. The drive to our Princess Street branch takes up to 15 minutes, and once you arrive our team will complete the paperwork and hand over your keys.
If you’d like to share the driving or expect to cover a lot of miles, an additional named driver and extra mileage can both be added to your booking.
