Collection Procedure:
Confirm your reservation through our website, via the Drivalia app, or by ringing our reservations team on 08000 75 80 75. A confirmation email with your booking details will follow shortly after.
Vehicle Collection: On the booking day, once you arrive at the station, at the exit please head towards Station Link Road and then turn right onto Station Link Road.
At the roundabout please take the second exit and then turn right onto Bickenhill Ln/B4438 and Elmdon Trading estate. Walk a bit further and the office will be on the left-hand side. The office is 10 minutes walk from the station.

Dropping off your car:
At the end of your rental, please return the vehicle to our Birmingham Airport branch at Unit 37 Elmdon Trading Estate, Marston Green, Birmingham B37 7HE.
