Confirm your reservation through our website, via the Drivalia app, or by ringing our reservations team on 08000 75 80 75. A confirmation email with your booking details will follow shortly after.
Vehicle Collection: On your rental start date, our team will collect you from the train station. Once you arrive please wait by the main entrance/exit door where you will be collected from.
Please call our office at least 30 minutes before your arrival time at the location to confirm your arrival time and pick up location.
Please note the journey back to our office can take up to 15 minutes, depending on traffic. For any concerns please call the office number on 01606 659625.
Dropping off your car:
At the end of your rental, please return the vehicle to our Winsford branch at Smokehall Lane, Winsford CW7 3BE.
A member of our team will then drive you back to Northwich train station for your onward journey.
