Collecting You from Luton Station
Pick-Up Procedure:
Confirm your reservation through our website, via the Drivalia app, or by ringing our reservations team on 08000 75 80 75. A confirmation email with your booking details will follow shortly after.
Vehicle Collection: On the booking day, our team will collect you from the train station. Once you arrive at the exit, please turn right to follow the signs to High Town and Multi-storey car park, walk the bridge to the Multi-storey car park and wait in front of the lifts at level 1 and where the help point is. Our team will collect you from here.
Please call our office at least 1 hour before your arrival time at the location to confirm your arrival time and pick up location.

Dropping off your car:
At the end of your rental, please return the vehicle to our Luton Airport branch at Airparks, Grove Road, Slip End, Luton LU1 4BZ.
A member of our team will then drive you back to Luton train station for your onward journey.
Your Hire Car, Collected from Luton Station
Our station pick-up removes the need to find your own way out to the airport side of town. Arrive by train, make your way to the meeting point, and we’ll take care of the rest.
You’ll find our driver by the lifts on level 1 of the multi-storey car park, reached by the footbridge from the station. The drive to Slip End takes up to 15 minutes, and your car will be prepared and waiting at the branch.
The branch is open seven days a week from 09:00 to 16:00, so you can arrange a collection at the weekend as easily as on a weekday.
Additional named drivers and extra mileage are available as optional extras, and online check-in through Manage My Booking lets you upload your documents ahead of your visit.
