Collecting You from Crawley Station
Pick-Up Procedure:
Confirm your reservation through our website, via the Drivalia app, or by ringing our reservations team on 08000 75 80 75. A confirmation email with your booking details will follow shortly after.
Vehicle Collection: On your rental start date, our team will collect you from the train station. Once you arrive, please proceed to the exit and wait by the taxi portacabin on the right-hand side, where our team will collect you from.
Please call our office at least 1 hour before your arrival time at the location to confirm your arrival time and pick up location.
Please note the journey back to our office can take up to 15 minutes, depending on traffic. For any concerns please call the office number on 01293 839700.
Dropping off your car:
At the end of your rental, please return the vehicle to our Gatwick Airport branch at the Sofitel London Gatwick, North Terminal Approach, Gatwick RH6 0PH.
A member of our team will then drive you back to Crawley train station for your onward journey.
Car Hire from Crawley Station, Arranged Around Your Train
Our Crawley station pick-up service is planned around your train times. Let us know when you’re due in, and we’ll arrange your collection to keep waiting to a minimum.
Our driver will meet you by the taxi portacabin to the right of the station exit. From there, it’s a journey of up to 15 minutes to our Gatwick Airport branch.
