Basic CDW insurance
Collision damage waiver is included on every Prestige booking. The insurance excess varies by model and is confirmed with you before the hire is agreed.
100 free miles per day
Every rental day includes 100 miles. Additional mileage is charged at a per-mile rate set for each vehicle, which we confirm at the time of booking.
Security deposit
A refundable deposit of between £1,000 and £5,000 applies, depending on the vehicle. It is held on a major credit card in the main driver’s name and released after the car is returned.
Delivery to Heathrow
Your car is prepared and brought to our London Heathrow branch for collection, so the handover happens away from the main rental desk queue.

Can I hire a luxury car in London if I am under 25?
No. Prestige vehicles carry a minimum age of 30, and the main driver must have held a full driving licence for at least two years with a clean record. Drivers under 30 are welcome to look at the wider Drivalia range, where different age criteria apply.
Where do I collect a Drivalia Prestige car in London?
All Prestige hires are collected from our London Heathrow branch. The car is delivered there ahead of your collection time, which suits customers flying into Heathrow as well as anyone travelling out from central London along the M4 or the Piccadilly line.

Each rental day includes 100 miles. If you expect to cover more, tell us when you book and we will confirm the extra mileage rate for that vehicle so there are no surprises at the end of the hire.
Can I hire a luxury car for a wedding in London?
Yes. The Range Rover LWB and the Mercedes-Benz E-Class are regular choices for weddings, and single-day hires are available. Prestige cars are supplied on a self-drive basis, so a family member or friend named on the booking would drive on the day. Wedding dates go quickly, so call as far ahead as you can.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to 24 hours before your pick-up time are charged at one day’s hire. If a delivery or collection is aborted, a further charge of £50 applies.
