Collection Procedure:

Our office is located at Druid Park, Woolsington, Newcastle upon Tyne NE13 8DF less than a mile from the airport. During operating hours we operate a shuttle service to and from the Newcastle Airport (NCL).

The shuttle bus service is only available for customers arriving at the airport with a plane ticket, on the same day as the scheduled rental start date.

Airport Collection: If arriving at the airport please call our location on 0191 429 9060 once you have cleared arrivals. Please follow signs then make your way to the Short Stay 2 Parking where a member of our team will collect you.

Dropping off your car:

Drop Off: Please park in one of the marked Drivalia bays on either side of our Portacabin in. Our team will then run any customers who require to the airport and will be dropped at Short Stay Car Park 2.

Out of Hours: Please park in one of the marked Drivalia bays on either side of our Portacabin.

Please lock the car and place the keys in the sign posted key return box on the side of the cabin. There will be no shuttle bus out of hours.
