Pick-Up Procedure:

Confirm your booking via our website, app or by calling our reservations team on 08000 75 80 75. Your car rental booking will be confirmed via email.

Vehicle Collection: On the booking day, our team will collect you from the train station. Please call our office at least 30 min before your arrival time at Manchester Picadilly Station to confirm your arrival time and pick up location. Once you arrive at the station, please follow the instructions below to reach the pick-up point:

• From your platform, head towards the main station concourse.
• Look for the signs pointing to “Fairfield Street Exit” or “Taxis”. The station is well signed, so finding the right direction should be straightforward.
• Descend to the ground level. The Fairfield exit and the short stay car park are on level 0, below the main concourse (level 1). You can use the lifts, stairs or escalators to go down.
• Exit the station via the Fairfield Street entrance/exit. This exit is located towards the southwest section of the station.
• Turn right as you exit. The short stay car park and the taxi rank will be directly adjacent to this exit point.
• You will see APCOA car park entrance on your left. The pick-up/drop-off point is just beyond the entrance to the car park. Please wait here for our representative to collect you. Please call our office number on 0161 526 6460 if you have any questions.

Dropping off your car:

On the final day, please return the vehicle to our offices at First Floor City View House 5 Union Street, Manchester, M12 4JD.

A member of our team will then return you back to the train station.
